October 3, 2020 (Full Day)

Another great trip with Ed and the boys in the books. The fishing was a little off, especially compared to yesterday, but the guys still managed a few striped bass and sea bass. Tons of small striped bass this morning, but playing catch-n-release on the diamond jigs was fun. And they still managed to put a few away for dinner! Looking forward to the next trip with these guys!

Sorry! No photos from this trip.

The bass fishing was red hot this morning for Monica and the canine crew. We kept 9 slots, and released the rest. They also had a couple of dozen sea bass as well.

We had Ray and the Jersey boys out today for a day of fluking. It was no slaughter, but we still managed to put a nice catch together. These boys will be back for their annual trip.

First-timers Dan and crew spent this afternoon with us. Good fortune came for our new charter, as the boys landed their limit of striped bass almost immediately, with a number of oversized fish being returned to the ocean. They polished off the trip with a handful of sea bass. We had a great time with this crew and are looking forward to their next trip in September 2021.

Mike and the boys returned for their annual trip and we had a great morning. The bass bite was a little slower for us, but the guys still managed to put together a nice catch, including a few quality sea bass in the 3-4 lb range.

Great morning of fishing with Fud and crew. The guys jigged up some striped bass and bluefish, and topped off the catch with a few sea bass. Good times!

We had Marc and his gang out for his third trip of the season. The guys caught bass of all sizes, too big, too little and just right. They also had some nice sea bass to add to the mix as well. Looking forward to seeing these guys again in the fall.

It was great to get out again, after the wind finally stopped. Eric and the boys had a great morning of bass fishing. We had our slots and released another ten that were too big. They also had a nice mess of sea bass as well.
