It was a great day for Sunny and his crew. We caught three perfect slot sized bass, and released the others to live another day. They also had a limit of sea bass as well.

We had Mike and the boys out for their second trip this season. The bottom fishing didn’t disappoint, we had an easy limit and headed on. These guys will be back next month.

We had Eric and the family out for an afternoon of bottom fishing. My little anglers did a great job on porgies and sea bass. They were little assassins.

The bass were snapping this morning for Steve and his group. We had our limit of slots quickly, releasing the ones that were too big. They also caught a dozen or so sea bass as well.

We had the pleasure of having Jeff and the gang out this afternoon. They had a ton of laughs, as well as catching plenty of tasty sea bass. Looking forward to seeing these guys again in September.

This morning we had Sanjeev and his family out for a quick trip. The crew caught enough for dinner and decided to head back early. Well done.

Had a great combo day with Ed and the boys, starting the day offshore and wrapping up with some bottom fishing. We steamed about 15 miles to the SE this morning and although it was quiet offshore, we did hook up with a white shark, which we’d say was about 125-150 lbs. It put up a good fight, before we successfully released it. We decided to head in a little early and give the sea bass a try. Good move! Made a few drifts and put about a dozen sea bass and another dozen ling in the box. All in all, fun and action-packed day.

It was a beautiful Montauk day for Chris and Doreen. They had their limit of sea bass in no time, and even managed a few nice fluke for the box as well. They also had some great food!
