This morning we had the boys from Allied out for their annual trip. They guys stuck it out and caught some nice bass.

Frank and the boys fished with us today and the action didn’t disappoint. A limit of striped bass with an hour and a bunch of sea bass to follow. Can’t ask for a better day. 

First-timer Mike and his brothers and other family spent this morning with us. We had strong SW wind against an ebb tide which made for sloppy conditions. The guys stuck at it though and kept busy putting bass on the boat. Had to fish through the little ones, but there were some decent striped bass to be caught. Hope we’ll have the pleasure of fishing with them again next year. 

Tom and the boys returned for their annual trip today. Unlike last year’s warm weather, today started off with relentless wind and cold. Typical fall day. We had a last with the guys, though, first loading up with striped bass and bluefish, followed by a few dozen sea bass. Constant action from start til stop. Another great trip in the books. Until next fall! 

We took a shot with the weather and it worked out for Andrew and the boys. They had solid action with bass up to 35 pounds.

We had the boys from Maine out today, for some fine Montauk fishing. The guys made a quick limit of bass and caught a few sea bass as well.

Although we got off to a slow start with lots of little bass, Bob and team finished the trip off like rockstars. They kept three striped bass up to 44 pounds. Plenty for dinner. And they released a few other nice fish to swim another day. Nicely done! Until next year!

First-timers Tim and family spend Sunday morning with us. The striped bass were being a little picky, but the gang managed a few for dinner, along with a couple of bluefish. Great morning on the water with a really nice group of peeps.
