This morning Matt and buddies were out for their annual trip. The bass bite was red hot this morning. The guys kept four to eat and released another five that were too big.

It was a beautiful afternoon for Alex, Briana and Taylor. We had clear skies for a change, and found some hungry bass. We kept one for the grill and threw back a few others.

It was a very foggy morning for Tom and his crew, but the fish were waiting for us. We kept eight slot sized fish and threw back a few that were too big. Smiles all around today.

It turned out to be a beautiful afternoon after the rain stopped, for Kevin and the boys. We were able to keep three for dinner, and released four others that were too big.

We had Rudy and the boys out for their first trip of the season. The guys did a bang up job on the bass, keeping six and releasing six others. The we spent the rest of the day catching some nice sea bass to round out the catch.

We had the pleasure of fishing with Camilla and her family this afternoon. Having been locked down at home for many weeks, they were excited to get out for some fishing, before returning to Italy for the remainder of the summer. The gang caught a few striped bass, the biggest they had ever seen. We released most, keeping one for dinner. Great meeting these first-timers and hope we’ll see them again next summer.

We had a quick trip this morning with Chris and gang. It was sloppy on the ebb tide and the fog didn’t help, but the gang managed to put a couple of striped bass on the boat before heading in. Until next time!  

As always, we had a great time fishing with James and family. The guys caught and released some slob striped bass this morning, followed by some impressive bottom fishing for scup. Even managed a few quality sea bass. They’re going home with tons of food for dinner, just the way I like to see them off!
