After last year’s pup white shark sighting, Ed and the boys were eager to try our luck offshore again today. Although no great white this year (in fairness, it’s rare to see one, let alone hook one, so last year was a bonus!), the guys had a blast fighting at least 8 blue sharks, ranging from around 100-200 pounds. Although a bumpy ride out to the fishing grounds, we found some great water and passed a few porpoises on the way there. An all around great day.  They’ve already booked next summer’s shark trip!

Sorry, no pics from this trip!

Jaime returned for his second trip this season, having just fishing with us last week. The guys wanted only striped bass and bluefish and that’s what we caught. We had a mix of slot fish, along with shorts and oversized bass. The crew also loaded up with a few blues. The thick fog made for a wet and chilly morning, but the fishing was outstanding. Not as many huge fish for us today, which worked out just fine. We’ll see them again in August!

This afternoon we had Zef and his family out. They had some bass, then wanted some sea bass for dinner, so we switched gears caught some dinner. Well done!

The bass were snapping this morning for Ralph and his buddies. We kept a couple of slots for dinner, and released numerous ones that were too big. Great day!

It was a beautiful afternoon for Alex’s second trip of the season. The goal of this trip was to get Mabel hooked on fishing, you can tell by this smile, mission accomplished. We'll see this group again in August.

We had Fud and Frittzels out this morning, for their second trip of the season. They had a nice slot for dinner and released a bunch of overs. Always a good time with this father son team!

June 22, 2021 (Full Day)

The bass fishing was red hot for Matt and the gang. We kept 5 slots letting the bigger ones live for another day. They also iced a couple of fluke as well. Nice job!

Mean Matty Lynch and the boys made their first of two trips this season. Once again, they had a bang-up day, limiting out on striped bass with ease, topping off the catch with a few bluefish. We’ll see them all again in November for a tog trip, except Jaime who’s already scheduled to come back next week!
