Cesar and the crew had solid bass fishing this morning. We kept 6 slots and released a few overs as well. Looking forward to seeing this group again later in the season.

We did a late morning trip with Seth and gang for their first ever NRC fishing charter and we couldn’t have asked for better action. The rods went off on our first pass, landing six slots, some overs, shorts and a few bluefish.  A little snappy with wind against tide but that didn’t stop this crew from loading up with dinner and then some.  Great first trip!

July 4, 2021

Amos and crew returned for another trip with us and this time the gang wanted to try their hand at shark fishing. Other than cloudy skies, it was a great trip. We found some nice clean 69 degree water and after getting the slick going, the rods were bent. We had a mix of blue sharks and makos. The second mako was probably around 200 pounds and would have been long enough to keep if she was a male, but she was short of the 83 inch requirement for a female and so we released her after snapping a few pics. Hoping we’ll do it again with this group next summer!

Bill had the hot hand this afternoon, catching some nice fluke as well as some sea bass. The rain held off long enough for us to get our trip in. Looking forward to seeing these guys in the fall.

June 30, 2021 (PM)

Anthony and boys had an awesome afternoon catching bass. We iced up four slots, and released the others. The kids were tough as nails.

June 30, 2021 (AM)

Chris and the boys came out for their first trip of the season. We had a large group, and decided to go bottom fishing. The crew had non-stop action with some jumbo sea bass. Always lots of laughs with this group.

June 29, 2021 (Full Day)

We had Ed and the boys out for their first trip of the season. They caught 5 slot bass fast, then wanted to go bottom fishing. They caught an easy limit of jumbo sea bass as well.

June 28, 2021 (Full Day)

We had a great day on the inshore grounds with Brian and the boys. The crew had 9 slots as well as a bunch of overs. They were scheduled to fish offshore, but after yesterday’s rough conditions we stayed a little closer to home. It worked out well for us.
