We had a mixed bag for Stew and the boys. They had a limit of sea bass, a nice cod, and even a few blackfish in the mix. See you boys next fall.

We took an exploratory (and nautical!) ride today with Tommy, Tracey and crew. Although we didn’t find the quantity we were hoping for, these guys put together a nice catch of blackfish and a handful of sea bass. Looking forward to seeing them again next November 10!

It’s unfortunate that Tom couldn’t make the trip today, but his buddies cashed in on a great day. The morning started off with wind against tide and a slow bite. But we made a second drop and the fish started to really chew on the change of the tide. We put away a boat limit of 36 blackfish, tossing back multiple other keepers. We’ll do it again tomorrow with some of the same crew.

Tom and the boys worked hard at the rail all day to put a limit together. Didn’t have the greatest weather for these gentleman, but they’re a tough bunch. Till next fall boys.

After initially getting cancelled today, we quickly re-booked with the Tim Schweitzer crew, who fish with us regularly throughout the season. The fishing did not disappoint, with steady action throughout the day. The fish weren’t as big as yesterday, but the group had no problem putting more than 30 blackfish in the box and returning plenty of other legits to the ocean. A few quality sea bass topped off the catch.  Sunny skies, calm conditions and an abundance of fish. What’s better!

Today more than made up for Georgie Tattoo’s first tog trip which got blown out a couple of weeks back. The crew had a boat limit of 28 blackfish before 10 am and spent the rest of the trip fishing for upgrades. They topped off the catch with a handful of sea bass.  Even had a bonus trigger fish, which we released. Perfect day of toggin. We’ll do it a few times again next November! 

We had a solid day of blackfishing for Luke’s annual fall trip. These guys went to work, catching a limit with a few 7 pounders in the mix. Nice job fellas!

Marc and they boys didn’t let some cold weather stop them from catching their limit of blackfish. They layered up and went to work. Have a good winter guys.
