Tom and the Jersey crew came to Montauk for fluke and sea bass, and that’s what they got. We had 14 fluke to 6 pounds, and plenty of sea bass as well. Looking forward to seeing these guys in the fall, for their annual 2 days.

We had the pleasure of having Joe and the guys out for their third trip of the season. They worked all day, and put together a nice catch of fluke, as well as a few sea bass.

We were lucky this afternoon, as the sky’s cleared for Judy and her group. They caught a nice limit of sea bass for grill. I think little Laela caught them all !

Doug was out for his annual trip today. We had some windy conditions to deal with, but we still had some nice sea bass. Mike was the lucky one this morning with chunky fluke.

Jeff and the crew didn’t let the ground swell stop them. We started off with bass and bluefish, then loaded them up with sea bass for the grill, and porgies for tacos. Till next summer!

Great trip with John, his brother and his buddies. We started out fishing for striped bass and bluefish, and managed a few of both. We kept one slot and released some bigger bass. We then gave the bottom fishing a try, and the boys put together a nice catch of sea bass. Despite the cloudy skies, and the easterly breeze, it turned out to be a perfect morning of fishing.

We had a blast today with Fred and this first time NRC crew. We started the morning off trolling for striped bass and bluefish. Then switched it up for a limit of sea bass and scup. Great day with this gang, and they’re going home with plenty of food for the 20+ people they’ll be feeding this evening!

We had the pleasure of having Teddy and the boys out this afternoon. They battled some big bluefish for sport, then filled the box with sea bass for dinner. See these guys again next summer.
