Joe and the boys were back at it for the first of two trips this season. We left the dock early at 5 am to beat the crowd and it paid off with a quick limit of striped bass, along with a few overs. The rest of the trip was spent fluking. The wind picked up and conditions weren’t great, but the guys stuck with it, topping off the catch with a ling and jumbo scup. We’ll see them again for their annual tog trip in November.

We had the Frittzle crew out today, for their first trip of the season. They had a limit of slots, and a countless number of overs. Lots of laughs with these guys.

The sun was shining and the fish were snapping for Brad and the boys. We kept 4 slots and tossed the rest back, some too big and some too small. Great action for this crew.

It was a fine day of weather and fishing for Eric and the boys. They iced up their limit of slots, and had a number of ones they were too big as well. Looking forward to having these guys out again in August.

Today we had the honor of being  part of the first annual Captain Timothy Murray fishing trip. The family had a great morning catching bass of all sizes. Is was a special day for all that were involved.

First-timers Brandon and his crew came out for a bachelor party celebration today. The striped bass seemed a little pickier than yesterday, but the group of 8 easily took their limit of slots, releasing a handful of overs as well. We rounded out the day doing a little bottom fishing and topped off their catch with some jumbo scup. Fortunately, the heavy rain held off and we had decent conditions all trip.

Pete Wagenhauser came out for the first of four charters with us, today for the annual family fishing trip. The gang of 11 put away their limit of slot striped bass, releasing at least another half dozen along with close to a dozen oversized fish. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend the day!

We had the Affrunti boys out today for a bachelor party. The fish bit their heads off for these gentleman. They kept 5 for the grill and tossed so many over sized fish back, they lost count. Great trip boys. Congrats!
