Ron Martin made his second trip of the season with us today. We started the trip loading up on striped bass, which didn't take long. Then we headed south for some bottom fishing. The fluke were being very picky, but the sea bass action was pretty good and the guys filled the box with plenty of meet. Need to get them out again when the fluke bite is hot!!
This trio posed for a quick photo with a few of today's striped bass.

We had the pleasure of fishing with Steve Dubon and gang today and saw great action from start til stop. Andrea landed her first ever striped bass which weighed in at 43lbs and the boys had a few others in the high 30lb class as well. When the team was finished with the striped bass, we turned to some bottom fishing. The action was good and they managed a handful of sea bass as well as a couple of fluke up to 6lbs. Looking forward to doing it again with them later this year.

Bob Savio and gang made their annual trip with us this morning and the action didn't disappoint. After putting a couple of striped bass in the box to start, we headed around the corner to do some bottom fishing. The guys had tons of sea bass – a mix of shorts and keepers – as well as fluke to around 5 lbs. Another great trip. Next year, we're doing a full day!
