We had Stu and the gang out today in some thick fog, for their first trip of the season. They started out catching bass, keeping 6 slots and throwing back some that were too big. Next, we caught a boat limit of sea bass, then after that, a load of scup. Looking forward to seeing this group again, in the fall.
Another great trip in the books for Vinny and crew. Once again, the guys hammered the striped bass in the morning, taking 5 for dinner and releasing a handful of others. The afternoon saw a limit of sea bass to round out the day. Perfect weather and fishing. Couldn’t ask for more! Next July is already booked!
John and the boys fished their annual trip today and the guys went home with full coolers! The bass were stubborn at first, but once we got them chewing, the action was non stop. We tossed back a handful of fish in the mid-40 lb range and boxed a limit of smaller slots. They topped that off with a limit of sea bass. Couldn’t have asked for a better day! We’ll see them again same time next year!
